- Corn Starch or Rice Flour3 tablespoon
- Mozzarella cheese to taste
- Wash and grate the zucchinis (thick grater). Squeeze well with your hands to remove the liquid from them and leave them dry. Add the chopped parsley and the roughly torn basil and mint leaves (optional).
- Add the chopped parsley and the basil and mint leaves (optional) coarsely torn to release the flavors. I sprinkled and mixed well.
- I cut cubes of mozzarella and added (it can be some other hard cheese but that melts) and I also grated a little parmesan (optional)
- I incorporated the beaten (seasoned) eggs and mixed
- I added the spoons of cornstarch or rice flour or whatever flour they have. And I mixed (the consistency is as shown in the photo)
- Heat a non-stick frying pan previously brushed with oil (photo) With the help of a tablespoon, take the dough and put it in the frying pan; wait for it to form a floor (to brown) before turning it over with a spatula. Doubled on both sides; they are ready. They are delicious 😋
