- Medium zucchinis2 unit(s)
- Boursin Goat Cheese150 g
- Can of Peeled Tomatoes1 unit(s)
- Basil to taste
- Basil Pesto for garnish to taste
- Finely grated Parmesan50 g
- Thinly slice the zucchinis with a mandoline. Grill each slice until slightly browned. Reserve.
- Season the boirsin cheese with salt and pepper and mix.
- Place the contents of the can of peeled tomatoes in a bowl, mash the tomatoes with your hands to dissolve them. Mix with the basil and season with salt and pepper.
- Place a tablespoon of boursin on the end of the zucchini slice and roll it up. Arrange three rolls on each plate and put a little tomato sauce on top of the rolls. Garnish the dish with the pesto. Sprinkle with Parmesan and place in the oven to brown.
