- Tomato sauce2 tablespoon
- Chop the onion, garlic, and cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
- Add a drizzle of olive oil to the pan and sauté the onion, then the leek, and then the regular garlic
- Add the tomatoes and mix for a while. Tip: putting a little salt at this time will help the tomatoes to wilt
- When everything is sautéed, add the zucchini and stir until it is incorporated into the rest of the ingredients. Also add salt, pepper, and any other seasoning you like.
- The zucchini will begin to wilt. Add the tomato sauce and mix
