- Minced garlic1 tablespoon
- Salt, olive oil, chimichurri, pepperoni to taste
- Sliced onion2 tablespoon
- Sliced bell pepper2 tablespoon
- Green Smell to taste
- Flaxseed1 tablespoon
- I started by sautéing the zucchini in olive oil, on high heat so the zucchini doesn't release liquid, I added the garlic, onion and pepper and sautéed together. Season with salt, pepper and set aside.
- In a bowl I beat the eggs with a fouet, I added the sprinkle, the chimichurri, the flaxseed and a little salt, I added the zucchini stew, poured everything into a baking dish, put green parsley and linseed on top and put it in the oven for 20min.
