- Oregano to taste
- Mozzarella Cheese (grated)100 g
- Salt to taste
- Cut the zucchini into approximately 1 cm slices.
- With the knife, make transverse (superficial) cuts on the top of each of the slices.
- Add salt to taste on each slice.
- Wait 15 minutes. The zucchini will release water and after that period use a paper towel to wipe the water.
- In a heated skillet, add a drizzle of olive oil and place the zucchini slices to brown on both sides.
- With the help of a spoon, put the tomato sauce on each of the slices.
- add the oregano
- Place the grated mozzarella on each of the slices.
- Place the pan in the preheated oven for a maximum of 15 minutes (or until the cheese is melted).
