- Onion cream1 unit(s)
- Tomato sauce1 unit(s)
- Grated cheese to taste
- Zucchini2 unit(s)
- Cottage cheese to taste
- Olive oil or butter to taste
- Garlic and Onion1 teaspoon
- MEATBALLS: In a bowl, add the ground beef with the onion cream until you get a homogeneous mass. Shape into balls and set aside
- In a pan, put the tomato sauce and, if you want, add 2 tablespoons of cottage cheese to dilute the sauce and make it softer. Add the meatballs, cover the pan and cook until they are firm.
- FROM ZUCCHINI NOODLES: Cut the zucchinis into thin strips (on the same grater) or on the sharpener, suitable for making zucchini noodles.
- In a pan sauté the garlic and onion (with olive oil or butter) until golden. Add the zucchini and let it cook until it becomes soft and without water.
- ASSEMBLING THE PLATE: On a plate, place the zucchini noodles, add the sauce with the meatballs, finish with grated cheese.
