- grated cheese100 g
- Salt to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Green Smell to taste
- Ricotta Cream1 unit(s)
- Tuna2 unit(s)
- Grate the zucchinis.
- Add eggs, cheese, salt and any seasonings you like.
- Mix everything very well.
- Bake on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in an oven preheated to 180°C for 30 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and fill as desired. I fill it with ricotta cream and tuna.
- Roll up the roulade. If desired, top with cheese and return to the oven to melt.
