- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Parmesan cheese50 g
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Cottage cheese100 g
- Sliced Mozzarella Cheese100 g
- Ham or turkey breast100 g
- Grate the zucchini in the thick drain and let it soak for 5 minutes.
- Drain and squeeze the zucchini to remove excess water and add the eggs, salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese. Mix well.
- Take to bake in a lined shape with butter paper for approximately 15 minutes.
- Unmold on a plastic that can help you roll up. Carefully remove the parchment paper.
- Spread the cream cheese and stuff it with cheese, ham and/or turkey breast or according to your imagination and desire.
- Roll up with the help of plastic, place on a plate to serve or in a refractory if you want to return to the oven to gratin.
- Serve hot or cold, as you prefer, accompanied by a delicious green salad.
