- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Laminate the zucchinis vertically, stack them and then chop them again to form “threads”, there are tools that do this job! If you have a laminator of this type you can use it without problems.
- Heat oil in a frying pan, add the garlic, then the zucchini. Try sautéing with the skillet or giving light mixes with a spatula.
- Remove from heat and serve.:
