- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Onion1/2 teaspoon
- Sauce of your choice to taste
- Pork Filet Mignon600 g
- Diced tomato2 unit(s)
- Lemon Juice50 ml
- Mashed Garlic3 unit(s)
- Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Pass the zucchinis through a Julienne cutter, discarding only the seeded part.
- In a skillet, heat the oil and butter and add the onion.
- Add the zucchini and sauté over low heat.
- Season with salt and set aside.
- Season the filet mignon cubes with lemon, salt and pepper, set aside.
- Sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil.
- Add the filet mignon cubes and cook until the meat is browned, add tomato.
- Stir well cover with hot water let it cook until the broth thickens ready. Siva with spaghetti.
