- Ground beef sautéed with green olives4 tablespoon
- Chopped Boiled Egg2 unit(s)
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Squeezed Sicilian Lemon1 unit(s)
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Start by washing and drying the zucchinis well.
- Pass the zucchinis on the spaghetti or grater horizontally
- Pre heat a pan and add a drizzle of oil.
- Add the Zucchini Spaghetti and Season with Salt, Ground Black Pepper and Oregano
- Add the lemon and mix well
- Let it cook for about 3 minutes
- Add the minced meat and the chopped eggs.
- Cook for about 3 minutes and taste, if it's Al dente, turn off the heat
- Serve right away 😋
