Zucchini stuffed with chicken in tomato sauce

- Large Italian Zucchini1 unit(s)
- Cooked, shredded and seasoned chicken breast1 cup
- Tomato sauce2 cup
- shredded mozzarella cheese0.5 cup
- Cooked corn3 tablespoon
- Wash the zucchini well and cut into thick slices of about 7 cm.
- With the help of a small spoon, remove the core of each zucchini slice leaving the bottom covered.
- In a container, mix the shredded chicken and seasoned with the corn and 3 tablespoons of the tomato sauce.
- Stuff each piece of zucchini with the chicken and set aside.
- In a high ovenproof dish, pour the remaining tomato sauce and arrange the zucchinis leaving them far apart.
- Sprinkle grated cheese over each zucchini.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 15 minutes.
- Turn on the oven gilder in the final minutes to brown the cheese
