- Grated Parmesan Cheese20 g
- Salt to taste
- Ground beef already braised8 tablespoon
- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- Preheat the oven to medium temperature, cut the zucchini in half and remove the core. Brush with oil, add salt, wrap in aluminum foil and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
- Remove the zucchinis from the oven and place 2 tablespoons of stuffing on each half of the zucchini, sprinkle the grated cheese on top, return to the oven for another 10 minutes or until golden. Serve!
