- Olive oil to taste

- Parmesan cheese200 g
- In a pan put the meat, onion, garlic and olive oil, seasoning to taste. Give it a stir and let it cook for 15 minutes. Cut each zucchini lengthwise, with a spoon remove the zucchini core, they should be in the shape of canoes for stuffing. With the stuffing ready, place it in the middle of the zucchini and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Place the pan in the oven and bake for about 30 minutes until golden!
