- 1 kg of curvina fish or any of your preference.1 kg
- Garlic Cloves to taste
- Juice of 2 lemons to taste
- Black pepper1 coffee spoon
- Cup of wheat flour1 cup
- Cornmeal1 cup
- Corn starch1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Clean the fish and cut it to your liking.
- Then in a container season the fish using lemon juice, garlic, salt and black pepper to taste. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes
- In another bowl or plate, add the wheat flour, cornmeal and cornstarch and mix.
- Bread the fish that was reserved in this mixture and take it to fry in hot oil until golden.
