- • 500g of cooked meat sauce500 g
- • 3 cups of fine manioc flour tea and 3 tablespoons of flour if needed3 cup
- • 2 cups of hot water tea to taste
- • Heat the sauce of your choice in a pan and if the sauce is too thick, add the cups of hot water.
- • Let it boil for 3 minutes, lower the heat and gradually add the manioc flour, stirring constantly so your mush doesn't blister, until it thickens, stir with a wooden spoon.
- • Serve hot with white rice, cooked vegetables or just the mush.
