- Put the meat under pressure, cover with water and let it cook for 20 minutes.
- Remove from the pressure and add tomato extract, garlic, onion, paprika and salt and leave it under pressure for another 20 minutes.
- Remove from the pressure again, add potato and carrot and leave it in the pressure for 10 minutes.
