- Steak cut into cubes1 kg
- Lard or Oil or Olive Oil1 tablespoon
- Minced Garlic Cloves4 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Tomato sauce300 g
- Filtered water1 cup
- Boiled Potatoes to taste
- Seasonings (I used black pepper, pickles, herb mix, seasoning everything). to taste
- Salt to taste
- Green smell to taste
- Butter or Margarine (for the potatoes) to taste
- Season the chuck steak with the seasonings, onion, garlic and salt and set aside;
- In a pressure cooker, add the oil or olive oil or lard and add the seasoned chuck steak;
- Saute well, until the meat is golden;
- Add the water, cover the pan and let it cook until soft (30/40min after pressure);
- Remove the pressure and add the tomato sauce and onion;
- If you have too much water, let it boil for a while longer, until the amount decreases;
- Finish with green smell and serve with boiled potatoes (you can season them with melted butter and the same seasonings as the meat).
