- Veal fillet strips1 kg
- Minced Garlic Cloves2 unit(s)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Large sliced onion1 unit(s)
- Catupiry cheese2 cup
- Sour cream1/2 cup
- Season the meat with garlic salt and pepper.
- On high heat, heat a pan with the oil and butter, add the meat and fry until golden.
- Add the onion and fry for another 2 minutes.
- Transfer to a platter.
- Return the pan to the fire with the catupiry, the cream of milk and cook for 2 minutes.
- Pour over the meat and serve.
