- Soybean oil2 tablespoon
- For the kibbeh - put hot water in the wheat until it covers, cover well and let it hydrate until the liquid disappears. Place the meat, salt, pepper, onion, parsley, cinnamon, garlic and mix well until smooth. Open the dough, stuff it with a small piece of cheese, close it with olive oil and bake at 200 degrees until golden.
- For the rice - heat the pan with 2 tablespoons of soy oil, sauté a clove of macerated garlic, add rice, stir well, season with salt, cover with water - cover the pan and let it cook until all the liquid has evaporated and the grain is soft.
- For the salad - cut the cucumber into cubes, put a tablespoon of green smell and season with salt, oil and vinegar.
