Ancho with rustic potatoes

Cozinhar batatas por 15 minutos, fritar na airfrey por 15 minutos 
Temperar bifes com sal e Pimenta  do reino moídos na hora , selar bife , deixar descansar e finalizar na airfrey quente por 2 minutos, 
Aproveitar o fundo da frigideira e juntar manteiga , tomate, pétalas de cebola e salsinha. 

Cook potatoes for 15 minutes, airfrey fry for 15 minutes
Season steaks with salt and freshly ground black pepper, seal steak, let rest and finish in hot airfrey for 2 minutes,
Take advantage of the bottom of the skillet and add butter, tomato, onion petals and parsley.
