  • grated ginger3 teaspoon
  • honey2 teaspoon
  • 1/2 lemon squeezed1/2 to taste
  • 1/2 orange squeezed1/2 to taste
  • roasted sesame oil1 teaspoon
  • 1 shot kirin sake1 to taste
  • 2 garlic cloves2 to taste
  1. Marinate for 8 hours. Glaze: 3 parts sweet chili, 1 part soy sauce, Sesame oil drops, rub on with a brush when grilling When serving put fresh chives on top.
