- grated ginger3 teaspoon
- honey2 teaspoon
- 1/2 lemon squeezed1/2 to taste
- 1/2 orange squeezed1/2 to taste
- roasted sesame oil1 teaspoon
- 1 shot kirin sake1 to taste
- 2 garlic cloves2 to taste
- Marinate for 8 hours. Glaze: 3 parts sweet chili, 1 part soy sauce, Sesame oil drops, rub on with a brush when grilling When serving put fresh chives on top.
