- Parsley and chives to taste
- Diced cheese200 g
- In a food processor, add the chicken empire, the bacon, the onion and the egg yolk, season with salt and pepper.
- Turn off the processor and add parsley and chives.
- Form balls filling each one with a cube of cheese.
