- Diced Bacon1 cup
- Pepperoni sausage in cubes1 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Crushed garlic cloves2 unit(s)
- Chopped red pepper1/2 unit(s)
- Cooked and shredded dried meat500 g
- Cooked white rice3 cup
- Kidney beans cooked with broth2 cup
- Rib broth1 unit(s)
- Salt, pepper and parsley to taste
- Curd cheese150 g
- In a pan over medium heat, melt the butter and fry the bacon until golden.
- Add the pepperoni, onion, garlic and peppers and sauté for 3 minutes.
- Add the rice, the cooked beans with the rib broth and sauté for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Season with salt, pepper and chopped parsley.
- Remove from the heat and place in a refractory and add rennet cheese and take it to the medium oven, preheated for 5 minutes to fixings.
- Remove and serve hot.
