- Cook the beans for 30 minutes
- Saute rice with garlic and onion Add 1 tablespoon of salt,
- Add the beans that should already be cooked and water to cover.
- Let it cook until dry, stirring constantly so it doesn't stick to the pan.
- Add the tomato, parsley and cheese, all chopped and set aside.
- For the Pernil, season with the lemons, 1 tablespoon of salt and seasonings to taste, it can be black pepper, cumin, chumichuri.
- Place in a large skillet with hot oil to roast until golden.
