- Wheat for kibbeh250 g
- Ground duckling500 g
- Onion, finely chopped1 unit(s)
- Minced Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
- Chopped seedless tomato1 unit(s)
- Mint leaves to taste
- Green Smell to taste
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Olive oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Sour cream cheese1 unit(s)
- Cover the wheat with hot water and let it hydrate for at least 30 minutes.
- Then drain well in a large sieve.
- In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients (except the olive oil) with your hands until smooth.
- Separate half of the dough and place on a greased tray.
- Fill with the curd and cover with the other half of the dough.
- Cut the kibbeh into diamonds and drizzle the crevices with a drizzle of olive oil.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200° for about 40 minutes.
