- Black pepper to taste

- Water500 ml
- Large potato, peeled and cut into medium cubes.1 unit(s)
- Season the loin with salt, pepper and paprika and let it rest for 20 minutes.
- In a pressure cooker, sauté the meat with the onion, tomato, pepper, garlic, stirring well until it forms a melting point. Add enough water to 1 finger less than the height of the meat. Add the potato, bay leaf and basil and bring to a boil. Then cover the pan and cook over low heat for 30 to 35 minutes. Wait for the pressure to release, open the pan, stir and if there is still a lot of water, let it reduce over high heat until the sauce is a little thicker. Finish with green smell. Serve immediately.
