- Broccoli to taste
- Potato (large)4 unit(s)
- Carrot4 unit(s)
- Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Black Pepper to taste
- Cook the potatoes, broccoli and carrots already cut in water and salt.
- On a platter or roast, spread the cooked vegetables, the peppers in strips and place the chicken (sassami) and the sausage sliced thickly on top.
- Sprinkle oregano, kingdom pepper and olive oil on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° until the sassami and sausage are golden.
- Suggestion: eat with rice and salad. * I use red and yellow peppers in recipes, as they do not cause heartburn. * you can add sliced tomatoes too. Enjoy your food!
