- In a pan, place the sausage wedges and cover with water. Bring to a boil over high heat and let it cook for 20 minutes. Remove from heat, drain the sausages well and set aside.
- In another pot, cook the potatoes in salted water until they are softer (approximately 10 minutes).
- Turn off the heat and drain the potatoes. In a bowl, place the sausage wedges and boiled potatoes. Add all the seasonings, oil and salt and mix well.
- Arrange the sausages and potatoes in a form. No need to grease or cover with aluminum foil. Bake in a preheated oven at 200ºC until the sausages and potatoes are golden (approximately 30 minutes).
- Remove from the oven and serve immediately. Tip: for the sausages to be very juicy and tender, do not pierce them before or after cooking.
