- Tuscan Sausage of your choice1/5 kg
- Medium English Potatoes4 unit(s)
- Black Pepper Powder1 to taste
- Olive oil or oil for drizzling the potatoes1 to taste
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Boil the thickly cut potatoes until they are soft and the sausages until they are cooked through.
- Then remove the potatoes and season to taste with salt and black pepper, and also the olive oil so they are not so dry
- With the sausages boiled, separate the buds and make light cuts on the surface, then just place the sausages and potatoes in the Airfryer for around 20/25 minutes, turn them halfway through and when the time is up, it's ready (this process can also be done on the baking sheet in the oven with a little more olive oil or oil)
