- Tulip or drumstick1 kg
- Potato, washed and cut into slices2 unit(s)
- Carrot cut into slices1 unit(s)
- sliced cassava1 unit(s)
- Garlic2 unit(s)
- Mustard1 tablespoon
- Salt 1/2 spoon1 dessert spoon
- I make a paste with garlic and mustard, salt and season to your preference.
- In the baking dish, I placed the tulip (or the wing drumstick) and mixed it with the paste made.
- Then cover with aluminum foil and place in the oven to bake for 20 minutes at 280 and 300 °C.
- While roasting, boil the vegetables for 5 minutes and drain the water.
- After 20 minutes, remove the pan from the oven and add the vegetables with a splash of oil (I used olive oil as it adds more flavor).
- And return to the oven for 15 to 20 minutes, until the tulips are tender.
