- Steak in thick slices (2 fingers thick) I used ancho steak and sirloin steak2 unit(s)
- Coarse salt to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Season the steaks with coarse salt on both sides, massaging the meat (just like you do with a barbecue).
- Pass olive oil, it will make the meat more golden and well sealed.
- Preheat the airfryer to 200°C for 5 minutes.
- Place the steaks in the airfryer, leaving space between them for better air circulation.
- 14 min to get to the point. Turn the steaks halfway through the time (7min) to cook both sides.
- Remove the steaks and wait 5 minutes before slicing, this will ensure that they are very juicy.
- Remembering that the time will depend on the size of the steak, the power of the device and the point of meat you prefer.
