Tempere a picanha inteira somente com o sal grosso e deixe pegar o gosto por uns 40 minutos.
No tabuleiro coloque a carne, as linguiças e os 10 dentes de alho inteiros.
Leve ao forno pré aquecido por 10 minutos á 300° por 1 hora.
Fica idêntico ao da churrasqueira e o melhor que não faz fumaça.
