Rump300 g
Chicken thigh300 g
Tuscan sausage300 g
Pork shank300 g
Red Pepper1 unit(s)
Yellow pepper1 unit(s)
Red onion2 unit(s)
Sweetgrape Tomato2 unit(s)
Olive oil3 tablespoon
Salt2 tablespoon
Black pepper to taste
Garlic (clove)6 unit(s)

Cut all the ingredients into medium cubes, between 2 to 3 cm. It's important to stick to a standard size so that it's a nice skewer and everyone cooks evenly.
In a food processor, beat the oil with the salt, garlic and black pepper to taste.
In separate bowls, divide the seasoning into 4 parts for the vegetables, drumstick, shoulder and rump. Mix well. Skewer the ingredients on the toothpick, alternating between a piece of meat and a vegetable, until the entire skewer is covered.
Heat a drizzle of oil in a non-stick skillet or a grill that fits the skewer. Grill the skewers on all sides. (You can do it on the grill too)
