- Rump300 g
- Chicken thigh300 g
- Tuscan sausage300 g
- Pork shank300 g
- Red Pepper1 unit(s)
- Yellow pepper1 unit(s)
- Red onion2 unit(s)
- Sweetgrape Tomato2 unit(s)
- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- Salt2 tablespoon
- Black pepper to taste
- Garlic (clove)6 unit(s)
- Cut all the ingredients into medium cubes, between 2 to 3 cm. It's important to stick to a standard size so that it's a nice skewer and everyone cooks evenly.
- In a food processor, beat the oil with the salt, garlic and black pepper to taste.
- In separate bowls, divide the seasoning into 4 parts for the vegetables, drumstick, shoulder and rump. Mix well. Skewer the ingredients on the toothpick, alternating between a piece of meat and a vegetable, until the entire skewer is covered.
- Heat a drizzle of oil in a non-stick skillet or a grill that fits the skewer. Grill the skewers on all sides. (You can do it on the grill too)
