  • Bacon150 g
  • Pepperoni sausage200 g
  • Chopped tomato200 g
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Homemade beef broth1 cup
  • Garlic (cloves)4 unit(s)
  • Parsley and coriander stalks to taste
  • Chopped Chili Pepper to taste
  • boiled red beans2 cup
  1. Start by toasting the diced bacon until golden brown.
  2. Then include the sausage in slices and let it brown.
  3. Add the onion, garlic and parsley and coriander stalks. Pepper is optional.
  4. Add the chopped tomato. And if you want and have it, include red peppers.
  5. Let it cool down well. Add the cooked rice and then the beans with the cooking broth.
  6. If you have, add some homemade broth to add even more flavor.
  7. Finish with parsley leaves and cilantro. Serve hot and steaming.
