- Rump meat1 kg
- Corn1 can(s)
- Chives. to taste
- Oil3 tablespoon
- Onion (chopped)2 unit(s)
- Salt. to taste
- Black pepper. to taste
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Ketchup1 tablespoon
- Cut the rump into strips, season with salt and pepper.
- In a pan put the oil and brown the chopped onions, add the meat and fry slowly (without leaving broth).
- Mix the green corn, chives and add a little water, leave for a few minutes until the meat is tender and with little sauce.
- Finally, add the ketchup and cream.
- Tip: Serve with white rice and potato straw. Enjoy your food!
