- Chopped garlic cloves3 unit(s)
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Smoked paprika to taste
- Cassava400 g
- Green smell to taste
- Bay Leaf1 unit(s)
- Pepper to taste
- Lemon1/2 unit(s)
- Tomato1 unit(s)
- In a pressure cooker, heat the oil and sauté the onion and garlic.
- Add the meat cubes little by little to seal.
- Season with salt, pepper, smoked paprika and bay leaf.
- When the meat is browned and a golden crust has formed on the bottom of the pan, add the chopped tomatoes. Mix well and scrape the "burn" from the bottom of the pan, the tomato will release water and help with deglazing.
- Put water until you cover the meat and pass like 2 fingers. Squeeze half a lemon, mix, cover the pan and cook under pressure for 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes, release the pressure and open the pan. Add the cassava cut into cubes and cover the pan again. Cook for another 10-15 minutes under pressure.
- Finish with green smell!!!
