- Milk1 cup
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste

- Coriander and chives to taste
- Season the steaks on both sides with salt and crushed garlic. Brown the steaks on both sides in the butter. Remove them from the pan. Reserve.
- In this pan, brown the onions, cut into thin rings, the pepper and the tomato. Return the steaks and heat through. Add the mustard and mix the cream and milk little by little in the pan.
