- Green beans600 g
- Chopped beef jerky, desalted1/2 kg
- Cassava flour200 g
- Tomatoes without skin and seeds, chopped2 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Chopped cilantro and chives to taste
- Salt and Vinegar to taste
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Cook the green beans in salted water, drain and set aside.
- Fry the charque (already desalted) in butter until golden. Reserve.
- Put the flour in the butter used in the frying and stir to make a farofa.
- For the vinaigrette, place the tomatoes, onion, cilantro and chives in a bowl. Season with salt and vinegar to taste.
- Arrange the green beans, charque and farofa on a platter. Serve with vinaigrette and white rice. Usually I mix all the ingredients in the cross to make everything in the same order (untidy) and serve with the rice as in the photo, it's optional!
- A great suggestion is also to put pepperoni and bacon in the mixture, chopped to fry along with the jerky. 😉
