- Ground beef400 g
- Finely chopped onion1/4 cup
- Chopped Garlic1 dessert spoon
- Chopped Green Spice1 tablespoon
- Sea Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh marjoram to taste
- Homemade tomato sauce3 cup
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- In a container mix all the ingredients except the sauce and the oil until you get a homogeneous mass.
- Model the meatballs with about 30g each unit.
- Heat some of the olive oil in a non-stick frying pan and grill the meatballs little by little until they are golden brown. Reserve.
- Heat the tomato sauce in a pan and add the grilled meatballs.
- Cook with the pan covered over low heat for about 10 minutes.
- Add a little hot water if the sauce gets too thick. Adjust the salt and serve next.
