- Medallion of beef tenderloin1 kg
- Manioc2 kg
- Garlic1 to taste
- Cherry tomatoes for garnish200 g
- Milk1 l
- Margarine100 g
- Season the medallions with garlic, salt and olive oil. Take it to the oven for 8 minutes at 180°.
- Make the puree: peel and cook the cassava, mash the potatoes well in a mixer, add the margarine and milk little by little. Adjust the salt.
- Debt in marmitinhas and you can freeze quietly.
- To defrost: place in the microwave with the lid half open for 5 minutes.
