- Beef tenderloin cut into small cubes500 g
- Carrot, chopped into small cubes1/2 cup
- Potato cut in small cubes3/4 cup
- Chopped green beans1/2 cup
- Chopped Onion1/3 cup
- Chopped Garlic1 dessert spoon
- Chopped Green Spice1/4 cup
- Tomato sauce2 cup
- Sea Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- In a pan heat the oil and fry the meat well, season with salt and pepper.
- Add the onion and garlic and sauté.
- Add the sauce and a little water.
- Add the baroa potato and let it cook until it's al dente.
- Add the carrots and a little more water if the sauce is too thick.
- Adjust the salt. When the carrot is al dente, add the green beans and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Turn off the fire and finish with the green seasoning.
