- Ground chuck meat250 g
- Broccoli300 g
- Cut into small cubes half a medium-sized onion, also cut into small cubes two large garlic cloves, half a small green pepper (reserve). One beaten egg without skin (reserve). Then mix the meat, seasoned with salt and ground black pepper. Also add the rest of the ingredients cut to 100g of breadcrumbs. When everything is well mixed, set aside for a few minutes, make small balls, fry in oil hot enough to cover them.
- Broccoli puree, cook al dente 300g. When it's cooked, process until it becomes pasty, put it on the fire in butter, wait for it to reduce a little, add milk cream, salt and ground pepper to taste.
- Tomato jelly with pepperoni pepper: cut three very ripe and red tomatoes, cook so that the skin is removed and you can remove it, in the same pan put the skinless tomatoes in two tablespoons of sugar (I prefer not too sweet) when reduced in the sugar put half a teaspoon of pepperoni.
