- Cut the meat into pieces and season with minced garlic, paprika and salt.
- In the pressure cooker add oil, crushed garlic and brown it, remove the pan from the heat, then fore the pan with onions cut into slices.
- Then add the meat, the quinoa broth and add 500 ml of water, cover the pan, after pressure, let it cook for 30 minutes.
- When cooking, wait for the pressure to come out of the pan and add peeled and chopped potatoes. Let it cook for another 7 minutes.
