- Beef rib1 kg
- Large onion3 unit(s)
- Cumin1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Medium Garlic Clove9 unit(s)
- Rosemary2 tablespoon
- Water200 g
- medium potato5 unit(s)
- Chuchu1 unit(s)
- Carrot1 unit(s)
- Cabbage1/2 unit(s)
- Granulated or powdered onion (optional)1 tablespoon
- Treat the rib;
- Season with cumin and salt;
- Line the bottom of the pan with the onion;
- Place the rib on top of the onion; Add the garlic cloves, rosemary and 100g of water;
- Put on pressure until it is ready (slightly releasing the bone from the meat);
- Separate the rib and leave the broth in the pan;
- Tip: if your pot is small like mine, make the meat first and in its broth we will make the vegetables!
- Add the vegetables to the granulated or powdered onion broth, add the vegetables and 100g water;
- Put on pressure until cooked.
