- Large soft top steaks3 unit(s)
- Onion, sliced or halved2 unit(s)
- Oil4 tablespoon
- Black pepper and salt1 to taste
- Beef broth tablet1 unit(s)
- Cup of light beer1/2 cup
- Cup of hot water tea1/2 cup
- Beat the steaks to soften them and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- In a skillet, heat the oil and fry the steaks until golden brown on both sides.
- In the cup with hot water, add the Meat Tablet and stir until dissolved.
- Add the onion, beef broth and beer.
- Cook over low heat until steaks are tender.
- Turn off the heat and serve as you prefer.
