  • Large soft top steaks3 unit(s)
  • Onion, sliced or halved2 unit(s)
  • Oil4 tablespoon
  • Black pepper and salt1 to taste
  • Beef broth tablet1 unit(s)
  • Cup of light beer1/2 cup
  • Cup of hot water tea1/2 cup
  1. Beat the steaks to soften them and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. In a skillet, heat the oil and fry the steaks until golden brown on both sides.
  3. In the cup with hot water, add the Meat Tablet and stir until dissolved.
  4. Add the onion, beef broth and beer.
  5. Cook over low heat until steaks are tender.
  6. Turn off the heat and serve as you prefer.
