Em uma panela aqueça o óleo e doure os temperos, adiciona o extrato,e a carne, adiciona 1 lt de água deixe cozinhar por 30 minutos,desliga o fogo adiciona as batatas e a cenoura deixa cozinha por mais 10 minutos, pronto e so saborear.
